Position Summary
Provide a golf experience that ensures excellence in customer service through the presentation and maintenance of the golf cart fleet.
Essential Functions
1. Perform the minimum required daily, weekly, monthly and yearly manufacturer's recommended maintenance for all golf cart fleet units and on-course refresher carts.
2. Maintain annual maintenance logs for all golf cart fleet units to include all expenses and labor hours utilized in the maintenance of the golf cart fleet and on-course refresher carts.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the technical skills required to perform the maintenance and repair of the golf cart fleet and on-course refresher cart.
4. Ensure the thorough cleaning of the golf cart fleet and the on-course refresher carts is occurring as per standard.
5. All other reasonable duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 1 Year of experience as a Golf Cart Fleet Mechanic or similar position.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
3. Experience in effectively resolving customer issues/complaints.
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
