Lead Cook, Cooks, Dishwashers

Position Descriptions
All Team Members are responsible for providing “Four Diamond” Guest Service to our Guest at all times. The Lead Cook and Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items with proper flavor, texture, and balance. Follow SOP’s, recipe books and guidelines and have all necessary supplies to provide consistency and quality. Read all tickets and organize food production in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction through presentation, food quality and positive customer relations. Ensure that kitchen and equipment are in good working order and that the work area is clean and hazard-free. Follow proper health department rules & regulations, HACCP, as well as sanitation and safety procedures. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.

Dishwashers are responsible for the safe and hygienic approach to handling used dishware, cooking implements and other kitchen-related cleaning procedures. Entry-level opportunity for anyone 18 years and older. 

Minimum Qualifications

1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.

2. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.  Ability to handle high pace production.

3. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and be willing to continuously improve.

4. Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards.  Using good judgment in all aspects of the job.

5. For Lead Cook, minimum of 2 years experience in the Culinary Industry.

6. For Cooks, must be able to read all tickets and organize food production in a timely manner.
